Welcome Friends,
Thanksgiving was such a wonderful day. Since 2020 has been a nightmare I was hoping that even though we couldn't get together with extended family I would keep it as close to our family's traditions. I served a very traditional meal with turkey, wild rice, green bean casserole, a baked corn dish, buns, cheesy potatoes, stuffing, cranberries, a strawberry jello salad and of course my grandma/mom's delicious pumpkin bars along with a delicious pecan pie and a pumpkin pie. I don't think anyone has been hungry since Thanksgiving since there has been so many leftovers. We had our annual gingerbread house decorating contest which I failed miserably but laughed so hard I was crying from the continual flop of the sides and roof of my house. It did finally stand with the help of glue 😜. Anyway, we ended the day with cribbage, carbles and of course football games. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and found some time to sit down grab a cup of coffee and relax. The pandemic has put a cloud over 2020 but we are all still able to find reasons to be thankful and for that I am blessed. Have a wonderful week. ~Jodi L

Coronavirus Update!
We are doing our best to stay on top of event cancellations.
Please check the venue for event updates before heading out. Don't forget to explore our Articles and Guides to Find Your Family Fun! I have removed events from the calendar but please know we will stay focused on updating events once we are told that it is safe to bring your kids and families out to events again. It is important that we follow the guidelines set out by our government officials. Here is a great handwashing video to help prevent diseases like the Coronavirus. Here is a link to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and more at Whitehouse.gov and the Minnesota Department of Health.
Thanks for your support as we continue to stay focused on our families while providing you with at home activities to use as a resource if you are looking for ways to fill your days at home with the kids.
I will be sharing resources on our Facebook Page too so be sure to check it out.
Stay healthy and Have a great week!
