Hello Friends,
The New Year was celebrated at home with my family. We made dinner, prepared snacks, watched the USA hockey game defeat Sweden and we played games and had a Carbles Tournament. For those who have never played Carbles it is a game played with 4 people (there are games for 6 players as well), a deck of cards, a Carbles board, and 4 sets of 4 marbles of four different colors. Our family plays this great game almost every weekend. We made a bracket and had a blast. Here is a link to the game. My son made our board as they can be quite expensive to purchase.
2021 will hopefully be the year we can move beyond this pandemic and get back to a life more similar to the one we once knew. I hope that you and your family don't have to experience this horrific virus that has affected so many families. I was sick last winter and at the time they weren't aware of Covid-19 so I am not sure if that was it but had a lot of the same symptoms. I just know that I have been cautious and don't want to catch it if I don't have to.
2021 will be a year of new traditions, new goals and dreams, hopes and health, new friendships, and hopefully a more prosperous year than 2020. The fear and the misfortunes of 2020 will hopefully be a memory replaced with prosperity and blessings for a brighter future.
Wishing you and your family all the best in 2021! Thanks so much for your continued support. We truly appreciate you all.
Wish you get all the success this year.
Hope that joy and success follow you in every sector of life.
Happy New Year 2021!
Coronavirus Update!
We are doing our best to stay on top of event cancellations.
Please check the venue for event updates before heading out. Don't forget to explore our Articles and Guides to Find Your Family Fun! I have removed events from the calendar but please know we will stay focused on updating events once we are told that it is safe to bring your kids and families out to events again. It is important that we follow the guidelines set out by our government officials. Here is a great handwashing video to help prevent diseases like the Coronavirus. Here is a link to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and more at Whitehouse.gov and the Minnesota Department of Health.
Thanks for your support as we continue to stay focused on our families while providing you with at home activities to use as a resource if you are looking for ways to fill your days at home with the kids.
I will be sharing resources on our Facebook Page too so be sure to check it out.
Stay healthy and Have a great week Happy New Year!
